ALAN CITRON

DAVID CITRON
Co-owner of Battenkill Real Estate. David is very active as a Vice President of the Manchester and the Mountains Chamber of Commerce, serving on both the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He is also very active in the Manchester Country Club, serving on the Golf committee. Prior to joining Battenkill Real Estate, David worked in the financial services industry in Boston for fifteen years. David's years of experience providing financial guidance to investors enable him to assist his customers and clients with their important buying and selling decisions.
JULIE CITRON
Since moving to the area several years ago, Julie has become very active in the local community in several ways. She is a member of the Dorset Players which is the local not-for-profit group running the community playhouse in Dorset. She has helped behind the scenes during many productions as well as performing on stage during their spring musicals. Julie enjoys spending time with her two young children and remains involved in the Dorset School by volunteering often, co-chairing the Adopt-A-Classroom fundraiser, teaching the Four Winds environmental learning program in the classrooms, and participating in the Dorset Parent Volunteer organization. In her spare time, Julie likes to play golf and can be found at the Manchester Country Club, where she is currently a member of the House Committee. Julie spent 11 years with Fidelity Investments in a variety of positions including working with their high net worth clients in the local investor centers and Fidelitys retail marketing department. She has the added value of working as a team with her husband Dave and father-in-law, Alan, both owners of the business. She believes strongly that customer service is critical to a good working relationship.

PAUL QUINN
Paul Quinn moved to Vermont in 1999, after partnering in a successful Boston area printing company. Paul purchased the Marble West Inn, a Bed and Breakfast in Dorset, and pampered his guests with gourmet food and outstanding customer service. Paul received his real estate license in 2004. He works closely with his wife Pam and together they strive to offer their real estate customers the same high level of customer service they offered to guests at the Inn. Pam and Paul sold their Inn in the spring of 2006 and have focused their efforts in real estate. Paul is also attending Law school and is interested in practicing real estate and business law. Pam and Paul have 3 beautiful children, Patrick, Nevin and Katie and currently live near Stratton Mountain.
PAM QUINN
Before entering the Real Estate field, Pam Quinn was the Senior Human Resources Manager for the 5-star Charles Hotel in Cambridge, MA. In 1998, Pam became a Licensed Realtor at a firm in Marthas Vineyard and then went on to work for a Developer, as a Project Manager of a 30-home development in Edgartown, MA. In late 2000, after meeting her husband Paul, Pam moved to Vermont and continued her Real Estate career, renting and selling real estate in Stratton, Dorset, Manchester and other surrounding areas. Real Estate is a full time job for Pam, but when she is not working, she volunteers her time at GNAT-TV (the local access TV station) and is also involved in an Investment club and a Book club. With what time is left, Pam enjoys getting out and enjoying the outdoors and all Vermont has to offer. Pams favorite thing in life is spending time with her family.
JILL SIMON
Jill grew up in New York City, and been a resident of Manchester for over 35 years. Initially involved in the construction side of real estate by building "spec" houses, she moved on and got her brokers license. She founded Battenkill Real Estate and ran it for 20 years before selling it to the Citrons. Her "loves of life" include travel, theatre, film, going to art musuems, bridge, her cat Howie and enjoying the many friendships she has made over the years. She now winters in Los Angeles and through the wonders of the computer can stay active in the business. In LA she volunteers at Project Angel Food and the American Cinematheque.
PATTI TRUDEL
For Patti Trudel, Vermont has always occupied a tender spot in her heart. In the early years driving up from Westport, CT, for skiing at Stowe, Okemo, and Mt. Snow with family and friends on school vacations, left a fondness to return to the area of covered bridges and cow-dotted landscapes. Settled in the Northshire area, Patti became involved with real estate sales. She combines over 24 years of experience with a realtor GRI designation. As a broker associate, Patti strives to assist her clients and customers through service, knowledge, integrity, patience and kindness. Her motto is: There are houses on the market, but only the customer can call it home.
JAY LEECH
Jay Leech and his wife Kathy have lived in Dorset for over 13 years. Jay's 25-year business career has involved publishing international trade magazines, an Internet start-up, a local power equipment company, and real estate brokerage. Jay and Kathy have three children, Hannah, Sam, and Mary. Jay is active in the community coaching youth athletic teams, serving as a member of the BBA Advisory Council, as a member of the Dorset Field Club, as a Deacon at the First Congregational Church in Manchester, and as a past Board Member of The Northshire Civic Center. He currently serves on the Government Affairs Committee of the South Central Board of REALTORS, Inc. An avid sportsman, as participant, coach and referee, Jay's personal interests include mountain biking, golf, skiing, hiking and hockey. Jay recently completed the Accredited Buyer Representative course sponsored by the Vermont Association of Realtors, and is passionate about helping buyers and sellers find and market their homes in beautiful southern Vermont.

FRAN WHITAKER
Fran has been associated with Battenkill Real Estate for 21 years and offers both buyer and seller representation. A Vermont native, she feels blessed to have had the opportunity to attend local schools and make the Manchester area her lifelong home. She currently is a resident of Sunderland where she is active in the community.
