I woke up this morning to a dusting of snow and sleet on the ground and a wintry mix in the air. As I took our new puppy, Boo, out for his morning walk I realized I have fallen behind in reporting my weekly recaps of the market. All I can say is that the new puppy has been a bit of a distraction over the past week and a half since we picked him up.

He is a rescue dog from Tennessee, where apparently they have quite a problem with too many unplanned and unwanted dogs. We found him on petfinders.com through a rescue service in New Hampshire called Peace and Paws. We couldn’t be happier with him. He’s sleeping through the night and is mostly house broken although he has a bit of a nipping habit that we are trying to break him of. Here’s a picture of the little guy.





Enough with my excuses, though as far as excuses go he’s a good one. On to the weekly recaps.

Weekly Recap 11/1 – 11/7

Price Reductions – 10 properties were reduced in price with an average price reduction of 12.8%.

Under Contract – 6 properties went under contract last week, 2 between $250,000 - $500,000, 3 between $500,00 - $750,000, and 1 over $1 million
